If a wife divorces her husband because he converted to the Catholic Faith can the marriage be annulled by the Church?

A man and woman were married in a protestant church and subsequently baptized in that protestant denomination. Later both convert to the Catholic Faith (not remarried in the Catholic Church). Subsequently, one spouse leaves the Catholic Faith and divorces the other spouse because of his/her adherence to the Faith. Is this repudiation of the Catholic Faith grounds for an annulment of the marriage in the Catholic Church?

Hi,

The Church recognizes the validity of non-Catholic marriages. Whether or not the marriage can be annuled would depend on the maturity of one or both of the spouses, as well are several other variables, at the time of the marriage. The one would wants the annulment needs to see a local priest about this.
