And if religious life is being closer to Lord, And if by miracle all decide to become religious who is gonna have children?
Forgive me, I don’t see a conflict: you can be a religious parent 🤔 In fact marriage is a path to Sainthood in the Orthodox church.

Not all are called to do the same thing. And anyone can be a saint. It has more to do with desire than with any particular vocation. And if no one married, then where would future saints come from anyway?

In Romans 12:4-8, St. Paul explains different vocations of believers.
For as in one body we have many parts, and all the parts do not have the same function, so we, though many, are one body in Christ and individually parts of one another. Since we have gifts that differ according to the grace given to us, let us exercise them: if prophecy, in proportion to the faith; if ministry, in ministering; if one is a teacher, in teaching; if one exhorts, in exhortation; if one contributes, in generosity; if one is over others, with diligence; if one does acts of mercy, with cheerfulness.

I want to have children, but I’m mostly concerned of my genetic disorder. However, I know very well that it will be a sin to be married and to not procreate. I personally wanted to become a sister, but if that is not what God wants me to be, I’ll take up another vocation.
God will decide, not me.

There is a difference between “religious” and “a Religious”.
