What would have been the reaction from the Muslim world if the book similar to Da Vinci’s code was written on Mohammed?

If a similar fictional story was written involving muhammad, which supposedly invalidated hs prophethood, then id assume a great deal of anger from many in the islamic community. Such a response is not without precedent (the reaction to the satanic verses)

riots, deaths, destruction of your churches by people not even involved with the book. The book company would be intimidated, bullied and probably lives would be threatened. It is usually why publishers are not too thrilled by this sort of thing. Look at how one book was changed because of what sort of bullying they get.
Ask Salmon Rushdie, Ayan Hirsi Ali, or Geert Wilders about movies and how their lives have changed due to the thuggary in Islam. Hirsi Ali worked with Theo Van Gogh who was viciously stabbed while riding his bike on a movie. Remember the cartoons? People were killed and buildings and property was destroyed.

I highlighted this link because we all think that we will be safe from this assault, think again. Obama is trying to gain even more control over the internet. He already has control over it in emergency but Congress is working to give him even more control. And I have not seen anything come out of his administration except Islamic appeasement. He just recently sided against freedom of speech with the UN by co-sponsering an anti-free speech resolution.

keep in mind the Muslim world has never allowed questioning, discussion, or anything like that of Mohammed or the Koran especially by unbelievers.

Dan Brown wouldn’t do Mohammed simply because there isn’t enough controversy about him. He’s not like Jesus or the Masons or other things which a lot of people fight over. He’s just regarded as one of three things: crazy, evil, or prophet. However, on the off chance that Brown dose do Mohammed, I’m betting he’ll tie it in with paganism, Catholicism, and/or Judaism.

naw, you wouldn’t need to do that. Just Mohammed’s sexcapades with women, children and slaves, along with his methods of torture and murder would be enough for not only a book but a movie. His having an old man and woman with children assasinated. His men tearing apart an old woman. Just some little tidbits for a book and movie. Make the book easier to read than the texts of Islam with added realism.
Show about 10 minutes worth of his birth, death of his father (before he died), and his mother handing him off to a wet nurse. His having fits so his wet nurse gave him back to his mother. His mother dying and then him being handed off to some other relatives. Then about 5 minutes of his early life being married to an old woman and then… ISLAM! His having a fit and seeing visions that his old wife never saw and then telling him it was an angel to shut him up.
I would have an older version of the guy who played Xerxes on the movie ‘300’. And as he ages show him having some sort of disease of a gland that makes him grow larger than normal. And as he gets even older he has wounds on his face and body since there is a reason why he is not pictured.

The film The Message (which is actually really good) they solved the problem by having Mohammad off-screen. When characters talk to him, they look at the camera.
