If the future states that I am destined to be a bad guy there is no point in trying my best to become a good guy anymore right?
If God already knows the future does that mean it is meaningless for us to be good people?

If the future states that you are a bad guy it is because you use your own free will to choose to be bad.
That God knows all things does not mean He chooses what you do with your own free will.

For God, everything past, present, future is present together. Much has been written and discussed on this. Fo me, the simple, unsophisticated example suffices. A person in a position to view two cars on intersecting streets speeding to an intersection. They can see that there will be an accident. They do not cause it.

God knows you are going to be bad, so the only free will choice you have is that you are going to be bad. God can’t know something and your free will choice is to do the opposite.

I think the better way to state this is
God knows you are going to be bad…
so the only free will choice you CHOSE was that you are going to be bad.
You are missing the fact that God already knows what free will choice you chose, not which one you might choose.
God already knows the past, present and future at every moment in time. We don’t. Just because God already knows what path we FREELY chose doesn’t prove we never had a choice.
If I was to cook mashed potatoes and brussel sprouts for diner I can guarantee you with almost infallible certainty that my daughter will choose the brussel sprouts. Since I already knew which one she would choose does that mean she did not have the free will to eat the mashed potatoes instead?

It may be that the future already exists and does so because we have already made our choices. It is that we experience time sequentially and expect God to also be sequential that it is difficult to understand.
Perhaps sequential time is an illusion although it appears completely normal and rational to us.

You mean knowing the future has nothing to do with fixed fate or destiny? You are saying that God knows what will happen next when I choose a different path and that he cannot control what I choose?
