1 Cor.6:9-11
Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God ? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolators, nor adulterers, nor homosexuals, nor abusers of themselves with mankind, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God. And such were some of you: but ye are washed, but ye are sanctified, but ye are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God.

Galations 5:16-21
This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shal not fulfil the lust of the flesh. For the flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary one to the other; so that ye cannot do the things ye would. But if ye be led by the Spirit, ye are not under the law. Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, enveyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like; of the which I tell you before, as I have told you in times past, that they shall not inherit the kingdom of God.

1.If I commit the sin of fornication, does it mean I could loose my Salvation ?
2.What am I supposed to do when I need a woman ?
3.What about devorced people ?
4.How do we walk in the Spirit, so we do not fulfill the lusts of the flesh ?

I was married for 18 years to a woman who refused to have sex with me. She would play games with my emotions and get me excited, only to humiliate me because I got excited. When she died, it was the happiest day of my life. I could not wait to go out and find a woman who would let me have a good time. I felt it was my God given right to make up for all the years I was cheated out of.

The only problem is this scripture. I used to use it to condem others. Now I find myself in the same catagory.
Am I eternaly lost ?

Since your wife died, you are free to remarry. That is, if someone will have you. 😉 If you remarry you won’t be commiting fornication, which is a sin. Since sin seperates you from God, in the long run it will make you miserable and it’s not worth it for the few minutes of pleasure.

God Bless,

Tip:
Dont let this woman that you “want to have a good time with”
That you feel is your “God given right” to have fun with
read this inflamatory thread on how you view women to begin with.

Happy hunting.

Unless you are dead, there is no eternally lost.

There is a chance for repentance, and the first part of that is to recognize wrong and admit it.

I’m sorry - people need food, clothing and shelter. People need medical care when they’re ill. People need education and employment.

No-one needs sex. No-one needs masturbation. No-one needs a man or a woman. Full stop. Anyone who thinks that you do is deluding themselves.

As a person who has been celibate for close to a decade now, after years of thinking that it would be impossible, I can vouch for all of this.

I feel for the rotten time you had with your wife, but past ill-treatment doesn’t give you a licence to sin against the God-given gift of your body now.

Having said that, of course it’s a struggle, and one that many people can and do successfully fight every day of their lives. Don’t be down if you haven’t won just yet - keep striving, keep going to confession if you sin, and it will get so much easier over time, I promise.
