If I committed a unforgivable before the baptism, then is it washed away in baptism

I mean if I denied holy spirit or something unforgivable before baptism, then at baptism is this sin washed away. Or else all sins done before baptism can be washed so there is no unforgivable sin? Jesus lied by saying that blasphemy of holy spirit is unforgivable?

It isn’t unforgivable because God refuses to forgive you but because you explicitly refuse to be forgiven. So yes.

This question is a lot like your other thread. ‘Blasphemy of the Holy Spirit’ is what’s called final impenitence - when you die unrepentant of some mortal sin.

Every single sin can be forgiven IF you repent of it! THAT is what Jesus is saying when he’s saying final impenitence will not be forgiven - he’s right, it won’t, because it literally can’t be - it’s too late after death to repent or to be forgiven.

Look at the Apostles and others who followed Jesus - between them there isn’t a single sin they didn’t commit, up to and including denying and abandoning Jesus. They could all be forgiven, and were all forgiven - because they repented. Judas failed to repent, instead killed himself in his despair at his betrayal, and wasn’t forgiven.

I hope this makes sense now.

If you had committed the unforgivable sin prior to baptism, you would not have the disposition to be baptized to begin with, so the point is moot.

Your logic is convoluted at best. You commit no sin that is unforgivable. It is unforgivable if you believe that your sin is so great that not even God can forgive it. This goes back to pride. If you are truly sorry for your sins and receive Baptism, than original sin and all actual sin is forgiven. If you do not believe you can be forgiven, the original sin is removed by baptism, but this actual sin would be still with you, i.e., recommitted if you would in the belief you cannot be forgiven. Stated simply, no sin is so great that it causes God to stop loving you and wanting to forgive you… Forgiveness is always there. Your job is to accept that forgiveness and trust in God’s mercy.
