If I don't agree with a certain catholic teaching, do I still have to go through with it?

If i believe in pretty much everything the church says, except for one thing, say confession, would I still have to go to confession? I don’t think i have to do anything I don’t believe in because then I would just be like a machine spitting out prayers and doing whatever I was programmed to do. Not only for confession, but for the basic prayers like “Our Father.” If i believed that repeating a prayer over and over again is more machine-like, would I still have to say the Our Father during Mass and such?

Maybe i’ll come to accept it one day, but in the meantime, if i don’t do it, would it be a sin to not go to confession often or say the Our Father?
