If I don't go to mass on Sunday and it isn't my fault, do I still have to confess?

I was told the times mass would be given wrong, and as a result I arrived only for the dismissal of the very last mass that was given in the area. Do I still have to confess for not fulfilling the obligation of attending Sunday mass?
 
The obligation exists only for as long as the opportunity to meet it exists, and you are only obliged to make your best effort to meet it.

Unless you had reason to believe the information was wrong and did not bother yourself to check when you could have, or neglected to keep track of time when you could have, or something like that, you did not commit a sin by missing this Mass and have no sin to confess.
