If I missed Sunday Mass, do I need to go to Confession?

If i missed mass one week, do i have to go to confession before receive the bread for the next week mass?
 
Hu Vinny,

If you deliberately missed Sunday Mass when you could have gone, you comitted a mortal sin and need to go to Confession before receiving the Body of Christ (It’s no longer bread. It just looks and feels like bread.).
