If my fiance's ex-wife will not give her baptism records, will his annulment be void?

My fiancee and I want to get married in the catholic church, we submitted an annulment and we had all the paper work with the exception of her baptismal records. She refused to give the records even after our pleads for our own happy future. We recorded the conversations had with her via facebook messenger and we printed them out and turned them into the annulment office. Within the messages she states that she was baptized Mormon and she also threatens us and claims we owe her money. Can this be used as proof of her baptism or will we get turned down for his annulment? We also plan to marry December 2014 is it possible that we will be granted an annulment by then if we turned the papers in at the end of May 2013? Thank you so much for your help and God bless!!!
