My fiancée and I are both catholic and divorced. His marriage was annulled. My marriage was not annulled but by ex-husband died. Do I still need an annulment to get married in the Catholic Church since he is deceased?

Thanks!

No, you do not need an annulment. Marriage is “until death does us part.” Individuals are free to marry again after the death of a spouse.
If the parish priest is not familiar with your situation he might ask for some proof of death (an obituary or someone else who can verify) but this is not a major obstacle.
