If one is worried that their confession was invalid, should one try to get a valid one?

If one is worried that their confession was invalid, should one try to get a valid one?

How do you get a valid one too? Don’t you have to say that you had an invalid confession, confess the sin (even if venial?) and confess sacrilege too?
 
Talk to God first. say you’re sorry to Him, then go to the priest again. Try to be clear and pray hard about it.
