I know OO that are allowed to commune in EO parishes here in the US. But, you’re right, we usually don’t talk about it.

Indeed. It happens in my parish and I’m glad for it. No one is under the illusion that full communion has been restored, but recognizes this is the best for the care of souls. I do hope these small steps can help pave the way for restoration of communion.
