No, Hell is forever. Personally, I don’t think a person would still have the gift of free will after judgement so repentance wouldn’t even be an option.but then repented and turned to God, would God let them out of hell?

Souls in Hell only curse God more. They blame God for their suffering. How did they get to be there? They chose to be there. Chances are they were given many chances to change and reconcile. God often uses people and signs to get their attention. God is just honoring their free will. Souls in Hell do not think in terms of repentance. They are full of pride and we know what happened to Lucifer because of pride. Does God still love them? Perhaps. Are they doomed forever? That is up to God, but I would think so.but then repented and turned to God, would God let them out of hell?

Correct. See verses here. No, Hell is forever.
God can do anything, anytime, anyway, except sin. Yet, please don’t allow yourself to be put to the test. The fount of mercy from God as I understand it, is for those who still have free will. I would think that those who have chosen Hell have already used their free will.but lets say a soul did repent and turn to God … despite all odds, despite eternity, what if one did.
This is ultimately what I’m interested in … is God’s mercy greater than the point of no return
And those in Hell are there because they have rejected God. God loves us and wants us to love Him back. In order for love to work, there must be free will. God will never force us to love him and he does not force us to be in Heaven with Him. If we reject him and choose not to be in Heaven, He will respect the decision and it is final.God can do anything, anytime, anyway, except sin. Yet, please don’t allow yourself to be put to the test. Certainly God’s mercy is greater than our imaginings; but the question you pose is moot since we do have the doctrine of Christ’s Church on the finality in the soul’s the choice of Hell:but lets say a soul did repent and turn to God … despite all odds, despite eternity, what if one did.

Hell is permanent. Worst one-way trip EVER. Eternal separation from God.but then repented and turned to God, would God let them out of hell?

At the point a soul reaches hell, repentance is impossible. While I absolutely believe God’s mercy is wider and more amazing than I could ever imagine, the Bible has made it clear that we are only given so many chances to repent, and once a soul is in hell, that’s it. No more chances.but then repented and turned to God, would God let them out of hell?
