I’m praying that some day this kind of division in the Roman Rite will end, and the majority of Catholics will be orthodox, accepting all the magisterium’s pronouncements on its merits.

I tend to be cautious about this angle of “if those I don’t like hate it, then it must be/ is probably a good thing.” It comes across as letting those we don’t like define our position on an issue.
I personally like to develop my opinion on the validity/ advantages of what I want to advocate rather than disparage other people’s POV. :twocents:

Do they commission cartoons?

I recently was inspired by Bl. John XXIII’s famous “prophets of doom and gloom” and I pictured a cartoon drawn of him saying that, and then in the next frame, or surrounding him, all the prophets of the OT, St. John the Baptist, etc.
