Right, which is basically what I’ve written in the OP. That even accepting that the “soul” (if it exists) is in itself undetectable we should be able to detect it’s point or points of interaction with the physical world.*The soul is not something that people can detect scientifically because science deals only in the physical world of matter and energy, and the reality of the soul is in the realm of the spiritual. Although science is able to observe the effects of the spiritual realm in the physical world, it cannot actually physically observe the spiritual.
Do you have any thoughts on this topic? Or know if the church has funded any such research work?*
