They constantly worship God.
…Pretty sure though they are all gender neutral, since we only know for sure of male angels, our guardian angels would probably be maleish.

Does anyone still say the Guardian Angel Prayer?
Angel of God, my guardian dear, to whom His Love commits me here, ever this day be at my side, to light and guard, to rule and guide! Amen!

Everyday!

(or did you mean a different one…I know there are a few with different wordings)

That’s the one… I find myself sometimes saying it without even thinking…

I love it when prayer becomes so ingrained that your thoughts become these prayers!

It especially helps from bad thoughts coming through.

We must fill our heads with holiness! And our thoughts will be holy!

May your Guardian Angel keep you in the fullness of faith and growing in holiness!

Pope John 23rd used to send his angel ahead to negociate where he knew there might be difficulties. If we go by his example, our angels may be able to help us in dealing with others where we have some difficulty or some communication block with another person!

When I was a child I spoke as a child, when I am old…’ I am not yet old. 🙂

When I got baptized (as a child) I became a member of God’s family.

As a new member then and a child, He assigned an angel to be my guardian. As I grow I am no longer just a member but also became a ‘project’ of God. To build or destroy according to my own will.
But my guardian angel is always here… watching me, watching my sleep, whispers goodies once a while, taking notes, keeping records of what I do and what I don’t do regardless of what’s in my conscience. He will become my personal witness when the time comes. But maybe if I can persevere he will ask the Lord to blot out my transgressions in his record book so that the Lord will remember them no more. What a messenger my guardian angel really is!

When I pray he writes it down. When I pray harder he asks his fellow angels to take my prayers to the Saints or to our Mother. In return they ask the Lord if my prayers or petitions be granted a.s.a.p. or not. I must understand that the Lord is giving instructions to millions more of angels for new ‘projects’. For, indeed, He came for sinners. I have to wait, follow His commandments, and keep my faith.

When I go to Mass he’s with me. But no matter if I sit in the front pew or stand at the back he goes away. He takes his time with his fellow angels singing and giving glory to God, worshipping the Lamb of God at the altar, Who comes down to nourish His people who abide in Him that He may abide in them. He comes back to me when I go home…

Is your guardian angel as busy as mine?:onpatrol:
