I read this response from Ms Arnold. Does that mean that if two people cannot have children, that they are now not allowed to be married? Please clarify, I am very confused.
You have confused infertility (the inability to have children) with impotence (the inability to engage in sexual relations). Infertility is not an impediment to marriage, but impotence is an impediment because the couple must be capable of consummating their marriage.
