Fr. X wishes to thank Our Lady and all of those who have been praying for the conversion of a man on his deathbed (although he yet clings to life). This evening the man, after many obstinate refusals, asked for a priest. This man’s 3 daughters, thinking they were honoring their father’s wishes, till now have impeded Our Lady and tonight forced their father to ask three times to see Fr. X. Our Lady, of course, won, as she always does, as she keeps the promises of the scapular, which the man was wearing through the wishes of his wife. The man has now been anointed and received the apostolic blessing, and is wearing the scapular of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel.

Father asks us all to continue to pray for this man, that the scapular not be removed, and that he die a holy death, safe in the promises of Our Lady and the Church. Father is certain that the Devil is quite angry right now and will do all in his power to remove the scapular. Let us please, in our mercy, lend our prayers for this man and his perseverance in the Faith.

Glory be to the Father and to the Son and to the Holy Spirit.
As it was in the beginning, is now and ever shall be,
world without end.

Praying for this man and his daughters …

Hail Mary, full of grace,
The Lord is with thee,
Blessed art thou amongst women,
And Blessed is the fruit of thy womb - Jesus.
Holy Mary,
Mother of God,
Pray for us sinners now,
And at the hour of our death.
Amen.

Most Holy and Immaculate Virgin, Help of the Christians, we place ourselves under your motherly protection. Throughout the Church’s history you have helped Christians in times of trial, temptation and danger. Time and time again, you have proven to be the Refuge of sinners, the Hope of the hopeless, the Consoler of the afflicted, and the Comforter of the Dying. We promise to be faithful disciples of Jesus Christ, your Son, to proclaim His Good News of God’s love for all people, and to work for peace and justice in our world. With faith in your intercession, we pray for the Church, for our family and friends, for the poor and abandoned, and all the dying. Grant, O Mary, Help of Christians, the graces of which we stand in need.
To pray for this man, that the scapular not be removed, and that he die a holy death, safe in the promises of Our Lady and the Church
May we serve Jesus with fidelity and love until death. Help us and our loved ones to attain the boundless joy of being forever with our Father in heaven.
Amen.

This man will be in my daily prayers. Praise God he is wearing the scapular of O.L. of Mt. Carmel!

Jesus please claim this man for Your own, and give to him and his family all the graces You so desire to give them.
Thank You, Jesus
