Over the last few months, namely from questions people are asking on the radio about Pope Francis, I have heard about the Jesuit understanding of God. In general, I have heard stated that God does not exist in the way we understand things to exist. This is because, in the Jesuit view, God is existence. Is this a correct interpretation? Are there resources available that could help a person understand this thought? I am not bothered by it, and in fact am quite intrigued. It seems quite interesting. I did read some literature on Ignatian spirituality; however, this never came up in the readings.
