Greet all on Ilin Day especialy to Air Forces of each country and also for Patriarch Katolikos Gruzia (Georgian country) who has name Ilij. Greet to all on Forum who have name Ilij.

Sorry, I used espression - name Ilij - meaning name of Ilija (Илия) (genetive case of name) St. Ilija prophet I believe is also venerated in Catolic church because of his association with mountain Karmel in Israel. Here Ilija dealt supported Jakhve of Hebrew against prophets of Vaal.

Is St. Iliaja same as Elijah??? - I can guess that Letter i becomes e often and h is not making much sound - so probably same name.

Elijah and the prophets of Baal may be found in 1 Kings 18: 18
and following, if anybody would like to read this account.
