Will the San Francisco Bay Area fall into ruin? It already has a significant number of rough neighborhoods. It has a famously large homeless population.Concerned about what? And what’s the social justice angle?

I’ve have wondered if it is possible for the same thing that happened to Detroit to happen to Silicon Valley.
But with San Francisco, Marin Co. and stuff like that I think if demand falls then so will rent and housing. So I think that’s all that would happen in those areas.
