No! Not at all, nor was it gamey tasting! It was tender and reminded me of veal. I had it in a restaurant in Florida and have no idea if they marinade or specially season it…it didn’t taste like it was marinated.

Is it turned in to jerky at all ?
 
Good question! I don’t know. Why not? Pretty much any meat can be. I’ve had turkey jerky…not impressed. 😂
