Why does the Church continue to tolerate people like VP Biden or Nancy Pelosi. These people continue to take anti Catholic and I believe anti Christian positions and never suffer any consequences.
 
For a comprehensive answer, you would have to ask the bishop who has ordinary jurisdiction over each of those individuals. 🙂

Did you hear Fr. Joseph Fessio on CA Live today? “A disgrace” he called them, and rightly so. However, look at the action being taken against dissident religious groups. Be patient. It’s a big hammer and it takes time to come down.

Do you want the Pope to bring back the inquisition? Should we send children on a crusade against Biden? What exactly do you want to happen?

A bishop could confirm their excommunication and enforce it.
 
I can relate to the feeling of wanting them excommunicated. That’s just now how the Church uses excommunication. First, it is almost always, if not always, used against clerics. It is primarily a disciplinary tool and a means of correction. It is not burning them at the stake and damning them to hell out of vengeance.
