Depends where you are. They’re likely to be very expensive!

They supply our church but I believe they supply Catholic churches as well.

ETA: I checked the pic. I really would suggest you contact Almy. I believe they can do special orders as well.

LOL I am Altar Guild seamstress. If I thought I could properly do it for you, I would sew you one. 😉 We’ve used Almy for years and they are a bit pricey but they make quality items. If you’ve already tried them and they don’t have it, I’m not sure what else to tell you.
 
Perhaps I am out of line suggesting this, but I think the Almy suggestion is a good one.

I just checked their website and they supply both Anglican and Roman vestments and other furnishings.

Perhaps you would not be allowed to order from them. It would be a shame. One thing I have to say about Almy, their items are of top quality that I have seen so far. The chausibles (sp?) we have at our church are quite old and still are in excellent shape, as are most of the linens.
 
Try ADA Heirlooms. They do custom vestment work. I have worked with them and they are very reasonably priced.
