Does anyone know of a website where you can plug in a verse and see what the meaning of the original text conveys?

I’m debating a Protestant and we’re looking at Hebrews 10:12

Here’s the Douay-Rheims translation:
Hebrews 10:12 But this man** offering** one sacrifice for sins, for ever sitteth on the right hand of God,

Here’s the New International Version:

Hebrews 10:12 But when this priest had offered for all time one sacrifice for sins, he sat down at the right hand of God.

I’d like to get a sense for the original Greek here. Is the verb “offer” in the past or present tense? Thanks for any help you can give me.

Actually, the sense is “continually”, because “diénekés” a continual setting before God.
