Turn to God, who alone forgives sin, as the Catechism says, and ask for forgiveness and for his grace to help you in your struggles.
Trust that He knows what you’re going through, and He wants you to know that He loves you and is merciful, because you love Him.
I would suggest that you talk to a priest. Make an appointment and just tell your parents the truth. You need to talk to a priest about spiritual matters and only he can help you on this issue. Don’t argue with them when they try to pry out of your what your problems are, just tell them, its between you and God, and you need priest to help you through it.
Above all, pray. Pray everyday and ask for Jesus Christ to bring you close to Him.
It will work, you’ll see.
