Hail Mary,
Full of Grace,
The Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou among women,
and blessed is the fruit
of thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary,
Mother of God,
pray for us sinners now,
and at the hour of our death.

prayers for you. I can totally relate. Oh, something to try… a nurse had told my daughter to use saline spray daily to flush her sinuses . I too have tried this and for the first time when oct./nov. has rolled around, I did not get a sinus infection like I usually have in past years.
