In my parish, the obligation for the Immaculate Conception is transferred to Monday, December 9th. I’m not sure about other churches, although I’ve read about the transfer to Monday on the internet that I don’t think is around my area/parish.

It might get moved, but Sundays of Advent, Easter and Lent take precedence over even Solemnities

When my faith matured a little, I realized while I was conscious of Church mandates on Mass attendance, I never attend Mass out of obligation. Rather I do it out of willingness and desire to praise God as part of the heavenly liturgy from earth.

The USCCB has already answered the question in the Liturgical Calendar.

Since the question was asked in the Traditional Catholicism forum, I decided to pass on this information. In my possession is the 2013 Liturgical Ordo for the EF published by the FSSP. According to it, Mass in the EF on Sunday December 13, 2013 will be the Mass of the Immaculate Conception with a commemoration of the 2nd Sunday of Advent.

It gets transferred to Monday and the obligation is suppressed (since it will not have been celebrated on the 8th).

the question has already be answered, if the immaculate conception took precedence this year you would pray evening prayer II from the proper of saints but you pray evening prayer I of the proper of seasons.

Advent takes priority as others say it will probably be moved.

As others have posted, the USCCB already has the answer.

Generally speaking, a Solemnity trumps the Sunday…except during Lent and Advent.

I have been feeling this way lately. I realized that I never feel obligated to go to mass. I love to go, I want to go, I enjoy it and I feel good when I go.
