Mardukm gave a good reason why in post #30 and others pointing to Mary as the second Eve and the fulfillment of Genesis 3:15 also answer the why; I didn’t think I needed to reiterate it.
The doctrine of Mary being sinless goes way back in Church history, perhaps you should look at the historical evidence for such a belief and reconsider why you don’t agree.
