Yeah – I have a suggestion for Mr. B.O. that can easily help save people that might otherwise die.

Outlaw abortion, and commit to educating our citizens about the need to protect the innocent.

Any other discussion about healthcare is like complaining about a slight breeze when a tornado is bearing down on you.

:tsktsk:

I think these threads have been insightful, but it’s a bit disconcerting, if this is Obama’s strategy for improving healthcare…recruiting people to become posters on various forums on the web to share ideas on what might improve healthcare? LOL

Our tax dollars are being put to good use here, I see.

Granted, I think it’s good to get down to ‘the people,’ and ask them what they’d like to see change in healthcare, but it’s still alarming that the president of the U.S.A. would recruit people to lurk around message boards, asking for healthcare improvement tips. Um, I’m hoping he has other ways of improving healthcare. But, it would be interesting to see if my ideas are implemented! 😃

I am also hoping that he listens. I consider this a test of his claim to be open to ideas for all sectors, even the pro-life, pro-religion views. His original health care plan was very scary; later it has become more vague and hopefully flexable enough to include pro-life, pro-religion views. I sent him my ideas for healthcare hoping that he would listen and work with all people to improve the quality and cost-effectiveness of care. He asked for community gatherings where people physically came together to discuss the issues. I felt this would be equivilant to that on an online basis and reach people that his staff would not normally reach.

We can only hope and pray that he and his staff listens.

Ok, yes I hope so as well. I have been praying for Obama, although I did not vote for him personally, I want nothing more than to see him successful as President. I do have trust issues though with someone who is so passionately pro-abortion. That concerns me. How can someone say he is for changing the landscape of healthcare, but so passionate on abortion? Healthcare is the polar opposite of abortion, and visa versa.

I pray that Obama becomes enlightened to a new way of thinking on that matter, and stops supporting the abortion industry.

I have updated my original document on Improving Health Care in the United States to reflect (name removed by moderator)ut received so far. I will check for additional comments and may update again based on them up to the when the 3 polls close, and then send in the results to the Obama Health care team and hopefully they will listen.

Health care should not be a for-profit industry, because it encourages the company to work for larger profits at the expense of their customers.
