As the terms are commonly used today I would say there really isn’t any difference.
Looking at the terms in a more “pure” sense. “Indecent” is a broader term that could include things like “graphic violence” and other things that a given society would find to be inappropriate. Impure would seem to apply more specifically to things that are sexually related.
