In depth treatise on purgatory

I’m looking for some more treaties on purgatory specifically, not eschatology in general.
So far I’ve read the supplication of souls by St Thomas More, Purgatory explained by the lives and legends of the saints by Fr F X Schouppe. And skimmed over some contemporary books which didn’t hold my interest.

What im looking for is a in depth study.

Any suggestions?

The book I mentioned by Fr F X Schouppe has a multitude of stories regarding the saints and purgatory, it’s an older book yet I highly recommend it.
Dante’s purgatory is also interesting, " theological prose" to quote a priest I know.

I know St Catherine of Genoa wrote a book on purgatory, I haven’t read it; yet it’s referenced quite a bit in the various research I’ve done.
