In great physical pain after back surgery

Hi everyone

If any of you could say a small intercessory prayer for me I would be so grateful.

I had major back surgery in the past and am having great complications today.

I have intense pain in my lower back – like a knife stabbing into me – and I am supposed to work a Catholic mens retreat from tomorrow into Sunday.

Please pray that I will be able to go and if not, that I will accept God’s desire.

And as always I am praying for all of you praying for me and uniting my physical sufferings to His cross for all of your sufferings

For Healing

Lord, You invite all who are burdened to come to You.
Allow your healing hand to heal me.
Touch my soul with Your compassion for others.
Touch my heart with Your courage and infinite love for all.
Touch my mind with Your wisdom,
that my mouth may always proclaim Your praise.
Teach me to reach out to You in my need,
and help me to lead others to You by my example.
Most loving Heart of Jesus, bring me health in body
and spirit that I may serve You with all my strength.

Prayer for a Miracle

God of all creation, you who spoke a simple command and brought forth light from
the darkness, I ask you now to send forth your miracle-working power to heal VitoJoseph. You cleansed the lepers, opened the eyes of the blind and by
speaking a simple command, you empowered the crippled to rise up and walk.
You sent forth your life-giving power to all those in need, including those you raised from
the dead. I ask you to send forth your healing power into VitoJoseph’s body and give him the strength to fight his illness. I ask this through my Lord, Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen
 
I pray that you have a full recovery and that the pain goes away
 
Dear Lord please give ease to VitoJoseph’s pain and help him to live and do all that is best for his soul and others’.
Trusting in Your mercy and love.
