http://bestsmileys.com/welcome/17.gif to the thread, and thank you for stopping by!
I was trying to imagine what heaven on earth would be like, if I could design it. I’d still have the same mortal body and mind, but I can try to imagine how I would have it.
In my heaven on earth, nobody would be anxious because they can’t control another person’s mind. It isn’t in their job description, and they can’t do it effectively and safely anyway, so why not let He who can do it, have at it without our meddling? Each of us will think what we will, without being cast out for it. http://bestsmileys.com/jail/1.gif
In my heaven on earth, misunderstandings would take place from time to time. People’s feelings would get hurt every now and then. After all, without these things, how could we ever have a kiss-and-make-up?
In my heaven on earth, everybody would have plenty of worthy opponents, for without them we would have no reason nor means of becoming strong. http://bestsmileys.com/superhero/1.gif
In my heaven on earth, tests would be welcomed and even enjoyed, because we all know that through testing we are purified and strengthened. :getholy:
In my heaven on earth, everybody’s opinion matters, no matter how strange or confusing it seems to other people. :whacky:
In my heaven on earth, diversity would be seen as an opportunity to share different viewpoints of the same truth and learn new truths, and not a reason for separation or violence. :grouphug:
In my heaven on earth, I think most posts on Internet forums would begin with thanks of some sort, whether directed toward other posts or not. :thankyou:
Anyone else care to jump in?
