A recent post was threaded that was unfortunately closed before I discovered it. I want t respond and explain to the misunderstanding.
First off suffering has happened throughout time. Suffering began when we failed to listen and did not harken to wisdom that comes from GOD. We become as rebellious children that have hardened hearts to the truth. While we maintain a rudimentary stance it is either in the light or the dark. In the light we have hope as it aids us in our growth and maturity; while in the dark it stunts our growth, weakens us and we eventually perish in our blinded state called “death”.
In the dark we are stumbling, we are fraternizing with what shouldn’t be entertained and we allow seeds of corruption to take root.
By our very leaning on our own understanding we are professing independence and if we are blind, how can we see the truth? See clearly enough to understand or benefit from wisdom as we follow it with JESUS the son of GOD.
If we look at Sodom and Gomorrah as examples to resolve it was one righteous man that prayed for remedy and received it. Or the isrealites who were encamped and enslaved by Egyptians and received freedom at insurmountable odds by the glory and grace of GOD.
Or the scenario of the isrealites versus the palastines with david and goliath. There are many exmples where by which GOD’speople triumphed over evil and the moral complexion of situation s that are brought up today.
That question has been asked many times over…where is GOD when this or that happens, and why are prayers not answered?
I do not ask that question; for whom am I to ask the creator and father and heaven how he conducts. “Who are we to fathom his design and appropriations?” We are only to ask for THE help to overcome any problem and love and have hope and faith. "Love him and his son JESUS, love thy neighbor as thyself, and love thine enemy. The greater understanding comes from/by the grace of GOD through his son JESUS that we LOVE and learn to discern that love through him.
If we truly love ourselves how do we love our neighbors? How do we represent that love? How do we define it with others? “With discord, envy, hatred, immorality, corruption, perversion, quarreling…NOOOO!!!”

Love Your Enemies
43 “You have heard that it was said, ‘You shall love your neighbor[a] and hate your enemy.’ 44 But I say to you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who spitefully use you and persecute you,** 45 that you may be sons of your Father in heaven; for He makes His sun rise on the evil and on the good, and sends rain on the just and on the unjust. 46 For if you love those who love you, what reward have you? Do not even the tax collectors do the same? 47 And if you greet your brethren[c] only, what do you do more than others? Do not even the tax collectors[d] do so? 48 Therefore you shall be perfect, just as your Father in heaven is perfect.**

I am not about to argue, but only to point the wisdom in truth. That we are the pots and GOD is the potter, we can never understand his greater intent or meaning if we lean on our own understanding, only by the grace of GOD through his son lord JESUS can we have faith in the truth and remotely accept it.
