In trouble with the law cop lied on me

I really need prayer. A few days ago I was hunting groundhog on a public hunting area in Butler County OH and I got lost and turned around and ended up coming out of the woods on a main highway. I didn’t have a clue as to where I was at so I called 911 because I didn’t want to be walking around the road with the rifle. I had to get back to the car because I have diabetes and I was going into shock from my sugar being very low. To make a long story short a Metro Parks officer picked me up. His first to questions were “Is that thing loaded,” to which I said no, and “What are you hunting with that thing?” I told him I was hunting ground hog or woodchuck. That’s just different names for the same animal and I don’t remember which term I used.

We get back to the parking lot and another park officer was there and the officer who had picked me up told me to go ahead and eat. I was shaking like a leaf due to my sugar being low, which may have made them think I was up to no good. I ate a ham sandwich and drank a couple of Cokes and then the second officer comes over and says I told the officer that picked me up I was hunting muskrat, which is out of season.

Things got very hot and as far as them accusing me and threatening me if I didn’t sign a statement saying I was hunting Muskrat. I had no traps or muskrat pelts on me at all or in the car. Then just as it became clear they were going to beat me up, someone in a pick-up truck shows up. He had no gun nor fishing pole. It was like he had no reason to be there. Then they got all nice and gave me back my rifle and car keys, both of which they said they were going to impound.

I never would have believed law enforcement would be this crooked and corrupt. I never believed it when black people said cops set them up all the time and beat them up. I thought all that stuff was nonsense and people not being responsible for themselves. My court date is May 5th. Please pray the court will assign me a public defender who cares enough to fight. I can’t afford an attorney as I am waiting on a Social Security disability appeal. Please pray I will get justice. Also please pray for these two officers involved in this that they will change their ways and seek forgiveness.

I woke up once to go to church and where I was living my parents were there too and I found a broken beer bottle outside the house. Now I rarely drink and I never get drunk so it weren’t me. Anyway so I went off to church and I’m the only regular churchgoer in my family and I called my mom afterwards to see what was going on because I knew she had called the cops and my step dad had gone to jail. Simply because he took a piece of broken glass over there to talk to them about it and they said that something along the lines of him throwing it at them. We had had problems with those neighbours before and the cops won’t do anything about them and that’s in Columbia County Georgia. With regards to race I don’t know my step dad’s the same race I am white and American Indian both my parents are (were) mixed-race and I keep having to explain this to people but whatever. Apparently the one drop rule works the other way around on the Indians because when they put our race down they assume it’s white. Anyway but enough about what bothers me about this is the fact that I think you said you are diabetic and they were treating you like that that seems like they may have been harassing you because of your disability. I was in Dickson Tennessee with my sister because she used to live there and my sister has borderline personality disorder and I think the sheriff’s department they knew that and the cop they sent would not stop pushing her. She had permission to go there to get her stuff from the person whose house she was moving out of well that woman called the cops on her even though I was with my sister when she was on the phone and I heard the conversation and read the emails and Facebook messages and what not and my sister had the right to be there but apparently you know Tennessee law does not apply to you know anyone. Heck I’ve been arrested before just for well let me put a long story short I have Asperger syndrome I will leave it at that. Prayers.

Praying for you. I think there’s plenty of evidence around to show that there are a few police officers who are unworthy of their position. I hope things work out and you are vindicated in court.
 
A Prayer for Justice In Court

Lord God, Redeemer of all men, I come before you today to ask for justice in court. As the Scriptures say, “God will judge the righteous and the wicked, for there is a time for every matter and for every work.”

It is my request that your judgment be manifest in court, though men are fallible, through You justice can be had.

Thank you Lord Jesus, and hear my prayer.

Good reason not to hunt unless you need the food. I really have no likes for hunting. But I will pray for you because all that you state is unjust! May Saint Michael get to those police offers. May our lady protect you and keep you safe.
