The Church, of course, teaches that God the Son existed since time immortal, the only begotten Son of God the Father.

However, does the church teach the God the Son received His human nature just at the moment of His conception by the power of God the Holy Spirit?

Yes.

Thought so, but where? (not trying to challenge you, just trying to find where in the creeds or elsewhere this is taught.)
Catechism 461: “Taking up St. John’s expression, “The Word became flesh”, the Church calls “Incarnation” the fact that the Son of God assumed a human nature in order to accomplish our salvation in it.”

yes.through Mary with the power of the HS Jesus was able to become human.Mary was needed to supply the food for the growing Jesus.
