Incredible loneliness and depression

I live in the DC area, and I hear radio commercials for a company that has singles activities almost every day. It’s not a dating service, it’s just to have fun. It’s at eventsandadventures.com/ . They are in other cities as well.

I don’t endorse them, have not researched them, but the idea is cool - just do things you like with a group of people.

I know it’s hard to battle, but try to do something for yourself. Go to a coffee shop, or talk to someone on the phone, get out of the house, take a walk. Are you in an area where people chat or like to talk? Sometimes, the environment is stale. Go somewhere where people talk to eachother. A church? I find, in churches people talk a lot, and it’s so fun to meet new people! Try it, who knows…
