There are many things happening in India in the name of Inculturation. The Latin wing in the Eastern Catholic Churches in India such as Syro Malabar Church ( Ernakulam, Thrishur dioceses ) supports many of these faith dilution activities known as Inculturation.

What do you say about this ? Why is that Eastern Catholics most vulnerable to this mess?

Furthermore, they are NOT in communion with the Catholic Church.

All they do is spread gleeful descriptions about the supposed bad things others do.

They are misguided Latins pretending to have “eastern spirituality” by creating their own nonsense… This isn’t even authentic Eastern CATHOLIC spirituality… it is a false creation…

The authentic Indian Liturgies are celebrated by the Syro-Malankara and Syro-Malabar Churches. The Malankara Liturgy in particular grew organically over hundreds of years… the Malabar Liturgy as well, latinized a few hundred years ago, but slowly returning to its real roots.

The Syro Malabar Church is part of the ancient St Thomas Christian church that came in communion with RCC in 1599.

The Syro Malankara Church was formed in 1932.

Please explain the history with exact time frames of the development of Liturgy.
 
Cluny- I was not vouching for the reliability of Tradition in Action. These were shocking pictures and did not seem to be made up.

SyroMalankara- May be you are right. Many of the people behind this are from Kerala only. May be will see these influencing Eastern Catholics of Syro Malankara and Syro Malabar soon. The Non Catholics has also some of these to take credit.

Mariamkutty- You are wrong. In 1599, by Syond of Diamper latin bishops took administration of the entire Thomas Christian Church. The entire Thomas Christian community was in communion with Catholic Church much before that. Till 1599, the Church was ruled by Chaldean bishops who were in communion with Rome.

Even the Jacobites, Orthodox, Mar Thoma present position is only few decades old. Out of these the Mar Thoma Church has completly adopted Protestent tradtion in 1920.
Only three liturgies can claim antiquity in India which is now in Latin rite in India, Syro Malabar Church, Chaldean Syrian Church in India, Malakara Syriac Orthodox, Malankara Orthodox Syriac and Syro Malankara Church. All the other churches or groups doesnot have any authentic liturgical tradtion.

The Latin rite- Might be first introduced by Catholic missionaries in 12th and 13 th centuries.

The East Syrian rite- The most ancient rite which was the rite of all Thomas Christians till 1665 AD and then in Syro Malabar Church and the break away Chaldean Syrian Church in India in 1884 AD.

The West Syrian rite- Introduced by Syriac Orthodox after the split in 1665 AD. Authentic from present in Malakara Syriac Orthodox, Malankara Orthodox Syriac and Syro Malankara Church.

A diagram- year of Mar Thoma church division may be wrong. The split was at 1876-1889 as given in other places.
