Indiana Gov. Daniels Signs Bill De-Funding Planned Parenthood

Hopefully our state will follow through with the same bill. We received notice in the local paper that Planned Parenthood is looking into building 5 centers in our state.
 
👍 De-Funding PP, praise God. Hopefully this will be the new “trend” across our nation. However, living in California, I won’t hold my breath that my state legislators will find their moral compass - as they seem to be lacking in that department. 😦

Update: Planned Parenthood and the ACLU have already lost the first court challenge to our new law. The ruling was that there is no immediate and irreperable harm to Planned Parenthood from the new law.

It is just one judge so far, but maybe not everyone on the bench is sitting on his brain.
 
As the other folks from Indiana on here, I’m pretty darn proud of our Governor. 👍
