Indulgence for retreats

“A plenary indulgence is granted to the faithful who spend at least three entire days in the spiritual exercises of a retreat.” (Manual of Indulgences 10)

Does this apply to any kind of retreat? Or specifically to the Ignatian spiritual exercises?
