Can anyone help us with the requirements for the indulgences the pope has attached to the year of St. Paul?
We know that confession/Holy Communion has to be met, unless you are sick.
But do you have to recite a prayer?
If you do, do you do it silently in the church?
Were the indulgences only obatainable last weekend or can we do it any time this year?

Sorry, I was aware that there was an indulgence, but not sure what it is granted for. Can anyone shed more light on what has to be done to gain this indulgence?
