I just want to learn how we explain Indwelling of the Holy Spirit.

Does the Spirit Dwell in us?

From the Catechism:

1265 Baptism not only purifies from all sins, but also makes the neophyte “a new creature,” an adopted son of God, who has become a “partaker of the divine nature,” member of Christ and co-heir with him, and a temple of the Holy Spirit

I would equate “indwelling of the Holy Spirit” with becoming a “temple of the Holy Spirit”

Yes, He literally lives in us. Them too. Their Baptisms are valid, although in most cases it is the only valid Sacrament they have. He wills their conversion to the Catholic Church. Ask Him to help you.

Yes! I love discussion. I just wished to hear from actual protestants or reformed Christians and hear their understanding.

To me it is a major idea, if God dwells in us, then it is He that justifies us, or so it seems to me. We are justified here and now, or so it would seem to me.
