I need to be cleaned deep deep down, please pray that god would clean me as deep down as possible and make me permanently clean, i need help and healing from the scars of the past

May I suggest you consider doing a plenary indulgence after your next confession? The simplest I can think of is reading the bible for half hour. Along with the work required of a plenary indulgence, the three conditions include confession, taking Holy Communion, and praying for His Holiness the Pope.
 
Prayer for Inner Healing

Jesus, my healer and my Savior, I invite you to enter my heart and touch all those life experiences which need to be healed. Lord, you know me much better than I know myself. Lord, pour your love into my heart.

Jesus, come to the very moment when I was conceived in my mother’s womb. It may have been a moment of anger, rejection, revenge or a state of animality. Cleanse me Lord with your precious blood and wipe away all negative experiences.

Lord, whatever negative experiences remain in my unconscious mind, wash it away in your precious blood and heal me.

Praise you Jesus. Thank you Jesus. Amen
 
Oh my God
I am heartily sorry for having offended thee
and I detest all my sins because of Your just punishments
but most of all, because the offend You My Lord
who are all good and deserving of all my love
I firmly resolve with the help of Your grace

I’m sad that you are so troubled and wonder if you would consider talking to your doctor or a counsellor. It could be that you are depressed through ill-health.
Are you able to talk with your family or friends? We will all be praying for you, but someone closer to home may be of more immediate support.

Sometimes it helps just to sit in the Church, or somewhere quiet and private, just to listen to the voice of Our Blessed Lord in your heart. He Loves You and wants you to be happy.
He is 100% on your side, whenever you feel you are fighting a lone battle. Trust in Him.

This focus on being “clean” is not doing you any good at all. Your body is the Temple of The Lord, who created you. Try to love yourself. You are unique and special to Our Heavenly Father. You are His child. The life He gave you is precious. Take comfort from that.
God bless you and keep you safe within His sheltering arms.

Ilovejesus1234, I have done some things that I still the pains of today. I sometimes feel this need too, to be cleansed from past serious sins. Lord, help us BOTH in our struggle to clean our pasts.

Glory be to the Father, Son, and the Holy Spirit. As it ever shall be, as it was in the beginning. World without end, amen. In the name of the Father, Son, and the Holy Spirit, amen. †
 
Indulgences are not something you hear too much about anymore sadly. A partial indulgence takes away some of the temporal punishment due to past sins while a plenary indulgence takes away all of it. Read into it if it interests you.

And while there are others, the only one I know of off hand is to read the bible for half hour, after having had confession first along with fulfilling the other conditions I mentioned above.

When you do one you can choose to apply it to yourself or someone else.

All you have to do is make a good confession, read the bible for half hour, take communion, and pray for the Pope. Seems like a no brainer to me. 🤷
