I heard by a protestant that every act of kindness is inspiration by the Holy Spirit. I don’t deny this, but, there is not act from our intellect to do an act?

Take for the example the sacred scripture. One argue they have to defend Sola Scripture is the Bible is inspired by the Holy Spirit so then who wrote the Bible is God, not the men. It’s kinda the Holy Spririt posesses us and there not will.

Mankind and the angels were created rational beings with free will.

The Catechism of the Catholic Church states:
105 God is the author of Sacred Scripture . "The divinely revealed realities, which are contained and presented in the text of Sacred Scripture, have been written down under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit."69

So, there inspiration, but also there is the act of free will. But the merits is from both or only the God or does have in differents grades?

Scripture tells us not to blame God when we sin, to claim that God “caused me to sin.”
To sin is to “miss the mark,” or “to loss our way.” From the Hebrew etiology.
The Catholic Church recognizes both venial and mortal sins. A person could think of venial sin as missing the bull eyes on a target, while mortal sin is missing the target all together.
With mortal sin, a person also needs to make a conscious effort to defy God, to choose death or life, fire over water, as written in Sirach.
We have Christ, the Good Shepherd, who lays His life down for His Sheep. When we stray from the path, it is God Himself who calls us back to the right path. “I know my sheep and my sheep know me.”

The first misinterpretation of God’s Word is shown in Genesis when Eve is tempted to eat the forbidden fruit. God only told Adam not to eat of the fruit of tree of knowledge. Adam conveyed God’s Command to Eve. Eve tells the Snake God said they were not even to touch the tree. The fruit was pleasing to the eye. Both Adam and Eve make a conscious decision to disobey God’s Commandment.

Yes, God graces us through the Holy Spirit with the inspiration and sufficient grace to cooperate with it. If we do choose (free will) to cooperate and do it, then we merit graces/rewards.

You might like to read the Scripture verses listed here regarding rewards for what we choose to do.
