Instruction on Sacred Music - Is this still in effect?

Has another statement from a subsequent pope overturned this or is this still considered the standard, even within the OF of the Mass? Documentation is appreciated if possible.

I should also add that if you are aware of a newer document which supersedes this that I hope you will link to it. Obviously, the Holy Father allows wind instruments in Mass so the document must not be completely in force.

No, an instruction on rubrics for the old Mass does not apply to the new Mass, except inasmuch as it may have been incorporated in subsequent liturgical legislation.
