Are there any clubs or organizations centered on intellectual Catholic ideas? Not online- I know someone will say “Catholic Answers Forums” 🙂

The closest I can think of off-hand that might resemble that is the Acton Institute. They do emphasize religious liberty right now. And they do traveling events.
 
Maybe there is something in your community (parish, diocese, nearby university) or you could start one.
