Hello, all!
This may seem like a silly question, but in order to make a vow, you have to intend to make one, right?
For example, if I pray to God and mention my plan to pray the Rosary every year on June 31, it’s just a plan, right? If there’s no intention to bind myself and make a promise/vow to God, then no vow is made, correct?
(I know June 31 doesn’t exist; I just needed an example)
