Intercession of Our Lady and the Angels and Saints

When we are at mass Our Lady and saints and angels are also present.If talk to Jesus and during the 15 minutes after I receive Him,then ask Our Lady and the Angels and saints for their intercession is that much more different than asking for their intercession through out the day?
